Martina (30 from Nuremberg) was diagnosed with acute lymphatic leukemia when she was five years old, and with skin cancer when she was 16 and 21. The 30-year-old is now in perfect health and would like to help people today to find a way to heal physically after a shock diagnosis.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“Many people think it goes on after cancer diagnose as it was before,” <\/strong>but she knows this is nearly impossible. To find healing after her serious illness diagnoses, she asked herself what the meaning of her life<\/strong> was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         1.  what would I do if money was no object?<\/em><\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
         2.  what fulfils you deeply?<\/em><\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
         3.  how could I make the world a little better?<\/em><\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n

How did your environment react to your illness and did your interpersonal relationships changed?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
“It was a shock diagnosis. <\/strong>It changed not only my life, but also the lives of my entire social environment. I spent the first two years as an inpatient,<\/strong> which also meant organizing a lot, keeping visiting hours.  My interpersonal relationships<\/strong> have changed a lot, it makes you learn to appreciate every second with loved ones<\/strong> more. Other people’s lives keep spinning, you unfortunately also lose a lot of social contacts,” <\/strong>Martina <\/a>tells us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
